Dr. Amy Connor
Welcome to our Hendersonville dental office! As soon as you walk through our doors you’ll notice something different. We treat you like a member of our family, and it’s that level of interest in your dental care that sets us apart. We take a personal approach to every service we perform, as our patients are our top priority. We know that every smile is different, so from the moment you walk in the door you have our full attention. We want our patients to feel welcome every time they visit.
Patients of all ages comment on how thorough our regular dental examinations are – and that’s not just because Dr. Connor is a perfectionist (she admits it). We want to have every opportunity to express any concerns you may have about your oral health, or things that you might want to change in order to improve your confidence. Our advanced, state-of-the-art care helps us discover any potential issues earlier – when they’re easier to treat. Our entire team is here to help you smile more!
Dr. Erin Tao
Dr. Erin Tao graduated from Purdue University with a degree in General Health Sciences before obtaining her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. With her diverse range of skills, she brings a valuable complement to the team of doctors at Connor Family Dentistry.
Dr. Tao's practice philosophy is simple: educate and motivate! Her priority is to ensure that you and your family feel you are seen as individuals first and then dental patients. She enjoys listening to your dental concerns and goals. With our team she strives to create a plan to help you maintain, elevate, and enhance your smile and oral health.
Her dedication to providing the highest level of dental care has earned her membership in several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, Nashville Dental Society, Academy of General Dentists, Volunteer Study Club, South Women's Dental Study Club, Spear Study Club, International Dental Implant Association, and the Nashville location Seattle Study Club.
During her free time, Dr. Tao enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, young daughter and son, and two wonderful dogs. She loves staying active by jogging through Tennessee's beautiful trails, playing a competitive game of racquetball, and volunteering with local organizations. She's also an avid crafter, enjoying jewelry and glass blowing art classes.

Dr. Daisy Smart
Dr. Daisy earned her DDS degree from the University of Southern California in 2006. She served as a US Army dental officer for three years after graduation. Her thirst for adventure led her to Alaska, where she mainly worked with the Native Alaskan population. Hawaii was her next stop. She loved being a part of the close-knit community and serving the diverse population in Hawaii.
Dr. Daisy's commitment to excellence is evident in her 500+ hours of continued education. She is always looking for opportunities to enhance her skills and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry, driven by her unwavering thirst for knowledge and passion to provide the best care possible to her patients. Her dedication to learning goes beyond her professional growth, as she also serves as a clinical instructor at Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry, where she shares her expertise and nurtures the next generation of dental professionals.
Dr. Daisy cherishes spending quality time outdoors with her family when she's not working. Additionally, she enjoys pottery, propagating plants, and trying new food.
